Excellent customer service!

The exceptional customer service provided by Tom A. at DeeVa included quickly getting back to me when I reached out, effectively following up with me to be certain the problem I presented was solved and then double checking with me to be sure I was satisfied with the product. Even when I determined and reported that the CAUSE of the problem was actually MY charging device, not the FUZU glove, Tom continued to follow-up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. That is practically unheard of in today's busy, short staffed world! The FUZU glove works exactly as advertised and I think this company has a great future.
